If you have an Alexa, you can create your own health coach using Alexa blueprints. It's fast, easy, and free! Alexa will act as your personal health coach reminding you and making sure you are following the gluten-free diet. Here are the steps to do it:
Go to the Alexa blueprints website and sign in with your Amazon account.
Choose the "Task Tracker" and select "Make your Own Tracker" to create your own questions that you would like Alexa to track.
Follow the step-by-step instructions to customize your health coach/daily checklist.
Add your own questions that you want your health coach to ask.
Test your Alexa skill and make any necessary changes.
Publish your skill and enable it on your Alexa device.
